The ordering, delivery and cash-payment rules that apply to every order placed on Lamsiya.

These terms govern every order placed on the site. Placing an order is acceptance.
No order is valid before the phone number is verified by code and the confirmation call is made.
Prices are shown in Algerian dinars, all taxes included, as a single amount. No tax line appears anywhere in the customer flow.
The total payable is recomputed on the server when the order is placed; the customer sends identifiers and quantities only.
Prices are multiples of 50 DA: the courier does not make change below 50 DA.
You choose a reference and its variant, enter your name, wilaya, commune and phone number, then confirm the code you receive by SMS.
We call before dispatch to confirm the address and availability. An order that is not confirmed may be cancelled.
Payment is cash to the courier on receipt of the parcel, exclusively. We accept no online payment, no transfer, no CCP and no prepayment.
The exact amount to have ready is stated in the order message.
Delivery is to your door across the 69 wilayas. We do not offer agency pickup.
The dates are indicative and depend on our delivery partner’s network. Friday and Saturday are not working days.
You may open and check the parcel in front of the courier, before paying. If the contents are damaged or do not match the order, you may refuse it.
A change of mind is a commercial commitment of ours, within the window and on the conditions of the « Change of mind » section of the return policy; it limits none of the rights below.
Any item that is faulty or not what you ordered is taken back at our cost if you tell us within four working days of delivery (Law no. 18-05 on e-commerce, article 23).
Appliances, instruments and tools also carry the legal warranty, whose length is shown on each product’s page (Law no. 09-03, article 13, and Executive Decree no. 13-327). The return policy, which forms part of these terms, gives the detail.
We promise no certification, approval or guaranteed result, and we do not sort products by skin type. The reference describes what a product is, its times and working conditions, and how it is stored.
The decision to use a product, and on which client, is your training and your professional judgement. For a regulated use, it is for you to check the requirements that apply to your case.
These terms are governed by Algerian law. If something goes wrong, contact us first: most disputes are settled by a call.
